She also works extensively with clients navigating Combat and War Trauma, Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Cultural Identity Concerns, and Developmental Trauma.

Nour is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic work. She integrates these evidence-based approaches with neurophysiological techniques, including Polyvagal Theory and other neuroscience-informed methods, to help clients recognize how trauma lives in the body and begin healing from the inside out. Her trauma-informed style is rooted in compassion and empowerment, allowing clients to process deep emotional wounds, rebuild trust in themselves, and establish healthier patterns in their relationships.

With a doctorate in psychology and advanced specialized training in trauma treatment, Nour offers a nonjudgmental, safe, and collaborative space where clients can move at their own pace toward lasting change. She is committed to blending cutting-edge science with deep human connection, honoring both the biology of trauma and the resilience of the human spirit.

Outside of her professional work, Nour treasures time with family and friends. She is deeply involved in her local church, where she serves in children’s ministry and contributes to community outreach. Nour is also a passionate advocate and speaker on human trafficking, enjoys diving into “nerdy” brain-based research, and finds joy in the simplicity of life through working out, traveling, and staying connected to the world around her.
