Dr. Nour Bussard is the owner and founder of Karima Mental Health Services, specializing in therapy for adults (18+) with a focus on Trauma & PTSD, Attachment and Abandonment Issues, and Relational Anxiety. She also works extensively with clients navigating Combat and War Trauma, Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Cultural Identity Concerns, and Developmental Trauma.
Nour is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic work. She integrates these evidence-based methods into a trauma-informed style that helps clients process deep emotional wounds, rebuild trust in themselves, and create healthier patterns in relationships.
With a doctorate in psychology and advanced specialized training in trauma treatment, Nour offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered to create lasting change. She honors each client’s pace, providing a safe environment to explore their inner world and move toward meaningful, long-term healing.
