Victoria Taylor, CMHC, MTS is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents and adults navigating concerns related to trauma, life transitions, and the lasting impact of interpersonal harm. She has extensive experience supporting survivors of crime, including sexual assault and domestic violence, and is deeply committed to creating a safe, affirming space for clients as they process complex emotional experiences and reclaim a sense of empowerment in their lives.
Victoria’s clinical approach is grounded in the belief that trauma and mental health concerns affect the whole person. She integrates Adlerian therapy techniques with trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and incorporates somatic practices to support both emotional and body-based healing. Her work emphasizes understanding clients within the context of their relationships, values, and life experiences, tailoring treatment to meet each individual’s unique needs.
Victoria holds an undergraduate degree in Communication Studies, a Master’s degree in Counseling, and a Master of Theological Studies (MTS). She is currently practicing under supervision as she works toward her Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure and is expected to become independently licensed in 2026. Her interdisciplinary background informs a holistic and compassionate approach to counseling, allowing her to thoughtfully explore meaning, identity, and resilience alongside evidence-based clinical care.
Outside of her professional work, Victoria values her many roles as a counselor, friend, daughter, sister, and dog-mom. She enjoys strolling through art museums, sipping coffee, and seeking out warm spots of sunshine- moments that nourish her creativity and sense of connection.
